B McCulloch

Piper B McCulloch has played the instrument he loves for 18 years, and he is intent on sharing Scottish music culture and traditions to as many people as possible. He is resident piper at several venues in Ayrshire, an accomplished band and solo piper, and has piped at over 270 weddings in the last 9 years.

Piper B McCulloch prides himself on the fact he wears a full military style piping uniform with a modern red McPherson tartan - including the full length plaid, doublet, horse hair sporran, tartan hose and spats - topped of with the feather bonnet and red hackle.

He is available for all types of event in South West Scotland and beyond, and has piped in France, Germany (frequently), Belgium, Spain, Sicily, Iceland, Ireland, the Canary Isles, Turkey, Italy and also the Middle East, U.A.E. (Dubai).

Drummer - to perform with the piper, adding a bit more body to the sound and helping to lift the sense of occasion.

Scottish Small Pipes - a unique Lowland instrument (not as widely known as the Highland Pipe) which has a wonderful mellow sound, ideally suited to indoor entertainment. Available solo or as part of a duo.

Pipes & Clarsach duo - Piper B McCulloch plays the small pipes with an accomplished Clarsach (Celtic harp) player. Together they perform at dinners and corporate functions, and offer a truly unique sound that no other combination can achieve.
