Pipe Major William Cochran is a longstanding professional piper of high regard. He travels extensively in the UK and abroad to bring his special blend of tradition and ceremony to a wide verity of audiences and events. William draws on his years of experience as Pipe Major in one of Scotland 's most famous regiments 'The King's Own Scottish Borderers' to provide you with an experience that will live long in the memory of your guests. William is also founder of Balmoral Pipes - a full pipe band that can scale from a single piper to a full band of pipes and drums.
